1. How much does it cost?
   
   Answer: The simple answer and really the only answer is "it all depends". There are several factors that determine the cost of a website such as... how many pages will it have? What kind of features do you need such as a photo gallery for instance? If it's an e-commerce store, how many products need to populate it? etc... During our initial consultation, you will be asked these types of questions so we can determine how long it will take us to build what you want. From there, we will provide an estimate of the costs involved.

2. How long does it take?
   
   Answer: The length of time to build a website has several determinant factors ranging from how large the site will be and how many "extra" features it will include, to the time availability of our clients. On average, a basic 5 page site takes anywhere from 6 weeks to 3 months and a larger site that has back-end programming, e-commerce, or a high quantity of pages can take anywhere from 3 months to 6 months (or more). It really does all depend on your unique circumstance as to how long it will take from our initial conversation to the time the site goes live.

3. Do we have to meet in person?
   
   Answer: Not at all. In fact, we have many clients from all over North America that we have never met in person. We do, however, communicate via email and phone so you will never feel you are alone in the process.

4. Do you use templates?
   
   Answer: Absolutely not. Each of the websites we design and build are hand coded from scratch and are created specific for our clients' needs and target market. All of our sites are built correctly with W3C compliant HTML and CSS code so that they are cross-browser compatible (meaning they will display and function as they are supposed to on a variety of different browsers and computers) where templates often have a hard time meeting those high standards.

5. When can you get started?
   
   Answer: For the most part, we are able to get started with your project as soon as you have agreed to work with us and have paid the initial payment. We will do our best to work with your timeline and if we can't, we'll let you know.

6. What is the process involved?
