Helpdesk (Remote PC Support)

How It Works

The helpdesk software enables you to connect your computer to ours allowing us to see what you see on computer screen without being physically in front of your computer. Once connected not only will we will be able to see your screen but we can control your cursor and keyboard so we can take control and the fix the problem for you while you watch. All you have to do is download our helpdesk program from the link below and double click on file while you are on the phone with one of us.

Installing the Program

Running the Program

Click on the download link above to save the program to your computer. Once the download has finished double click on the "helpdesk.exe". When you run the program you will see this window on your screen.

Starting the Connection

To start the remote connection double left click on the name of the eVision Media team member you are talking with on the phone. The program will automaticaly take over and connect us to your computer. We will then see and control your computer.

Please Note: You do NOT lose control of your computer at anytime. You may end this connection anytime you wish by following the "Closing the Connection" instructions below.

Closing the Connection

To close the connection right click on the eVision Media logo icon which you will see in your system tray beside the clock. (Bottom Right Corner) Once you right click you will see a small menu appear. Press the close button and the connection will be terminated disconnecting us from you.
